Amendments to NI 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)

AMENDMENTS TO
NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 13-101 SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT ANALYSIS AND RETRIEVAL (SEDAR)

1. National Instrument 13-101 System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) is amended by this Instrument.

2. Paragraph II.A.(a) of Appendix A is amended by

(a) repealing items 17 and 18, and

(b) adding the following items:

19. Rights Offering -- Circular

20. Rights Offering -- Minimal Connection.

3. This Instrument comes into force on December 8, 2015.
