IN THE MATTER OF THE SECURITIES ACT,
R.S.O. 1990, c. S.5, as amended

AND

IN THE MATTER OF
HILRY HILTON NEALE

ORDER

WHEREAS on the 20th day of October, 1998, the Ontario Securities Commission(the "Commission") ordered, pursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection 127(1) of theSecurities Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.S.5, as amended (" the Act"), that Hilry Hilton Neale's("Neale") registration be suspended for a period of 15 days; and that pursuant toparagraph 2 of subsection 127(1) of the Act that all trading by Neale cease for a period of15 days;

AND WHEREAS on the 29th day of October, 1998, the Commission ordered,pursuant to subsection 127(7) of the Act, that the Original Order be extended until theconclusion of the hearing;

AND WHEREAS Staff requests an adjournment of the hearing, pursuant to Section21 of the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. S.22, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the Commission has been advised by Staff that Michael Puskas,counsel for the Respondent Neale, consents to the adjournment;

AND WHEREAS the Commission considers it to be in the public interest to makethe order;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing be adjourned from the 19th day ofOctober, 1999 to 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 1999.
