(2012), 35 O.S.C.B. 6859. In the Reasons and Decision in this matter Mr. Jack Bateman was incorrectly described as a witness for the respondent, Mr. McErlean. The relevant headings in the Reasons and Decision have been amended and now correctly identify Mr. Bateman as a witness called by Enforcement Staff of the Ontario Securities Commission.
