Amendments to Rules 100.2(j) and 100.2(k) Relating to Swap Arrangements Involving Regulated Entities – Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC)

The Ontario Securities Commission approved as amendments to IIROC Rules 100.2(j) and 100.2(k), housekeeping amendments that had previously been approved as amendments to Regulations 100.2(j) and 100.2(k) of the former Investment Dealers Association of Canada (previously approved amendments) relating to swap arrangements involving regulated entities. In addition, the British Columbia Securities Commission did not object to, and the Alberta Securities Commission, the Autorité des marchés financiers, the Financial Services Regulation Division of the Department of Government Services for Newfoundland and Labrador, the Nova Scotia Securities Commission and the New Brunswick Securities Commission approved the previously approved amendments as amendments to IIROC Rules 100.2(j) and 100.2(k).
