There have been some changes made to National Instrument 43-101: Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

On Friday, March 3, 2006, a one-day seminar on the Amendments to NI43-101 will cover what you need to know about the new disclosure requirements.

This seminar will include information such as new triggers for filing a technical report and will provide examples of good disclosure practices.

Continental breakfast and refreshments will be provided.

There is no charge for this event but you do need to register to attend.
