NOTICE OF RESCISSION OF UNIFORM ACT POLICY NO. 2-10 INSIDER TRADING REPORTS PERSONS REQUIREDTO REPORT IN MORE THAN ONE CAPACITY

Notice of Rescission of Policy

The Canadian securities regulatory authorities in the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan have rescinded Uniform ActPolicy No. 2-10 Insider Trading Reports - Persons Required to Report in More than One Capacity (the "Policy").

A Notice respecting the proposed rescission of the Policy was published in the OSC Bulletin on December 12, 1997 at (1997), 20 OSCB 6793. Interestedparties were invited to make written submissions with respect to the proposed rescission. No submissions were received and no changes have been made fromthe draft.

Text of Rescission of Uniform Act Policy No. 2-10The text of the rescission of the Policy is:

"Uniform Act Policy No. 2-10 entitled "Insider Trading Reports - Persons Required to Report in More than One Capacity" is rescinded effective May 1, 1998."
