Ontario Securities Commission Policy Hearing on the
Maple Group Acquisition Corporation Application to acquire TMX Group Inc., Alpha Trading
Systems Limited Partnership, Alpha Trading Systems Inc., The Canadian Depository for
Securities Limited and, indirectly, CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. (the “Application”)
REVISED SCHEDULE OF PRESENTERS
The schedule of presenters appearing at the Ontario Securities Commission’s public policy hearing on December 1 and 2, 2011 has been revised as set out below.
The policy hearing will take place on December 1, 2011 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on December 2 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the 17th floor of the Commission’s offices, located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto,Ontario.
