How do I know when a cease trade order (CTO) has been revoked?


A cease trade order (CTO) may be revoked when, among other reasons:

  • the company makes an application to the OSC to revoke the CTO, and
  • the Commission makes an order to revoke the CTO.
The OSC’s Reporting Issuer List will tell you if a cease trade order (CTO) remains in effect.
