Can the OSC help if I have an issue with the fees my dealer or adviser charges?

No. In general, disputes about fees are between you and your dealer or adviser. Administrative fees are a contractual matter and are typically set out in your account documents. You may wish to get legal advice if you have concerns that the fees being charged are inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
