CSA RELEASE OF PROPOSED
UNIFORM SECURITIES LEGISLATION
The Canadian Securities Administrators
(CSA) released consultation drafts of Uniform Securities
Legislation (USL) on December 16, 2003. The USL documents
are posted on the OSC website (www.osc.gov.on.ca)
under Hot Topics. They will also be published in a Supplement
to the OSC Bulletin on January 2, 2004. Comments on the
legislative proposals are requested by March 16, 2004.
