National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects
NI 43-101 was designed to improve the accuracy and integrity of the information mining companies and provides specific guidelines for disclosure of mining projects. NI 43-101 governs a public mining company's public disclosure of scientific and technical information about its mineral projects.
Changes to National Instrument 43-101: Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects became effective December 30, 2005.
