The Commission allowed the deemed rule In the Matter of the Toronto Stock Exchange (1990), 13 OSCB 3007 to expire on March 1, 1997. A notice relating to the expiry of the deemed rules was published in the November 1, 1996 edition of the OSC Bulletin at (1996) 19 OSCB 5952.
