Please note:
Decisions under National Policy 11-203 Process for Exemptive Relief Applications in Multiple Jurisdictions are included here. Decisions under the former National Policy 12-201 Mutual Reliance Review System for Exemptive Relief Applications are also included here, if made after January 1, 2001. Decisions rendered by the Commission resulting from an Enforcement hearing or Settlement Agreement are first published on the Enforcement Proceedings page of the Enforcement section of this web-site; once these documents have been published in the weekly OSC Bulletin, they will then also be found in this part of the website.
The website list date indicated for the documents in this section is the date of publication in the Ontario Securities Commission Bulletin; the list date for documents in the Enforcement section is the date the document was signed. |
