Memorandum of understanding about the oversight of exchanges and quotation and trade reporting systems
On November 7, 2002, the Minister of Finance approved the memorandum of understanding (MOU) about the oversight of exchanges and quotation and trade reporting systems (QTRSs). The MOU became effective in Ontario on November 7, 2002. The MOU was published in the Bulletin on September 13, 2002 at (2002) 25 OSCB 6161.
