The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) are issuing this notice to update you on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).

SEDI is currently experiencing technical problems which are creating difficulties for users trying to file insider reports. We apologize for the inconvenience that you and your colleagues are experiencing with SEDI.

The CSA and CDS INC., the system's developer and operator, have been making every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. However, in light of the continuing difficulties imposed on SEDI users, the CSA has determined to take the system off-line until this situation is resolved.

Insiders are still required to file reports within 10 days of each trade. Until further notice, insiders that must report insider transactions should file insider reports in paper on Form 55-102F6 (which is available on our website at www.osc.gov.on.ca under Hot Topics/SEDI). We will continue to provide further updates on this matter.

We apologize for the inconvenience that you and your colleagues are experiencing and we thank you for your patience and cooperation to date.
