Urgent -- Issuer Profile Supplements due November 19
The System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) was launched on October 29. The deadline for issuers to file their Issuer Profile Supplement in SEDI is November 19. We have been monitoring the activity on SEDI since it was launched. Many issuers have not yet filed their Supplement. Consequently, we are concerned that you will not meet the deadline.
Please file your Issuer Profile Supplement. If you have not filed your Issuer Profile Supplement by November 19, you will be in default of your statutory obligations.
