SEDI Information Session
to be held in Toronto, Ontario

The Ontario Securities Commission will be holding an information session in Toronto on October 15, 2001 to provide information to issuers and insiders about the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI). Attendance at this session will help issuers and insiders to understand and comply with their reporting obligations under the new electronic insider reporting system.
The event is scheduled for 8:00 - 11:00 A.M. at the Design Exchange, 234 Bay Street.
