The following list provides weekly updates of MCTOs imposed, lapsed or revoked and of ICTOs imposed in place of MCTOs. The text of the actual MCTO or ICTO, as applicable, can be accessed through the National CTO Database on the CSA website.
The following list contains the names of all Reporting Issuers in Ontario in respect of which a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) is outstanding for failure to file Continuous Disclosure documents. Under a MCTO, management (i.e., directors and officers) and other insiders of the defaulting Reporting Issuer named in the MCTO are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Reporting Issuer until the MCTO has been revoked.
