OSC Chair to Address Economic Club on Securities Enforcement in Canada
Toronto – OSC Chair David Wilson will review recommendations for strengthening the securities enforcement framework in Canada in an address to the Economic Club of Toronto on Wednesday, April 16, 2008.
Mr. Wilson will also discuss the importance of effective compliance in fostering confidence in today's constantly changing capital markets. He will outline challenges faced by the different levels and many participants in Canada’s complex enforcement mosaic.
