Dialogue with the OSC 2007: Responsive Regulation for Today’s Capital Markets
Dialogue with the OSC 2007 was held on Tuesday, November 27, 2007. Over 350 people attended the event, representing various sectors of the capital markets including brokerages, law firms, banks, investment dealers, as well as regulatory bodies from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Attendees heard from prominent speakers on issues such as enforcement, disclosure, registration reform, financial reporting and the Passport model.

Plenary One – Comparing enforcement approaches: Does a border make a difference?
