1) 4.9 Section 8 Business Plan
Question:
When we were reviewing the Proposal Content & Format section, we found that we had difficulty
determining what the specific deliverables would be for Section 8. Business Processes. We are
thinking it is the 'business plan' but not sure. Could you elaborate on what it is that you are looking
for in this section please.
From the RFP:
"A description on how the respondent will handle the business process requirements, including
tools and processes."
Answer:
Yes, 4.9 Section 8 Business Processes would include the business plan, where the plan addressed
how the organization would address the need for ongoing operation monitoring and changes, and
changes to the business model. 'Tools' refers to any programs used to facilitate the business
operation. This could, for example, include Enterprise Management, Problem Management, Change
Control, Source Control systems, etc. 'Process' would include mechanisms for review and approval,
including the development life-cycle overview.
