Investor Town Hall
Held on Tuesday, May 31 2005 the Ontario Securities Commission Investor Town Hall provided an opportunity for dialogue between regulatory bodies and consumers of financial services. It included a discussion of how the current investor complaint and arbitration systems work together. Over 400 investors attended the Town Hall meeting. At the event, investors shared their experiences and made suggestions for change. Click here to listen to what they had to say.

Since the Town Hall, the OSC, IDA, MFDA and OBSI have been working together to explore the issues identified at the event, and to shape solutions. The July 2006 Town Hall Follow-up Report outlines our progress in addressing these issues.
