Proposed NI 31-103 Registration Requirements
The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) are seeking comments on proposed National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements (the Rule), proposed Companion Policy 31-103 Registration Requirements (the Companion Policy) and related forms. The Rule introduces harmonized registration requirements across all CSA jurisdictions. The Companion Policy provides guidance on how the CSA will interpret or apply the Rule and related securities legislation.
