National Instrument 51-102 - Amendments
Commission approval published October 13, 2006 of amendments to National Instruments 51-102 (Continuous Disclosure Obligations), including amendments to 52-107 (Acceptable Accounting Principles, Auditing Standards and Reporting Currency) and 71-102 (Continuous Disclosure and Other Exemptions relating to Foreign Issuers), and consequential amendments to National Instrument 44-101 (Short Form Prospectus Distributions). Provided the Minister does not approve them earlier, nor reject or return them for further consideration, these amendments will come into force on December 29, 2006.
