2. If I am calculating fees based on estimated revenue for the current filing year, which column do I fill out on the Form 13-502F4?

3. What do I need to do if I am calculating my fees based on estimated revenues?

When you receive your audited financial statements for the current filing year, you must review them and report any change to your participation fee to the OSC. To do this you need to complete a revised Form 13-502F4 and a Form 13-502F5 which will show the difference.

If registered under the Commodity Futures Act only, a revised Form 13-503F1 and a completed Form 13-503F2 is required. If your firm is registered under both acts, you are required to submit a revised Form 13-502F4 and a completed 13-502F5.
