We would appreciate receiving an email copy in any case. This will facilitate distributing the Executive Summary to each of the CSA to read. Please follow up the electronic copy with a paper copy. OK to send by regular post (snail mail).

Confirming ability to present proposal to the CSA.

Answer:
Yes, we plan to provide all those who are Short Listed with the opportunity to present to the CSA. We will be scheduling the sessions after the evaluators and the CSA have had a chance to read your proposal so that they can ask meaningful questions.
