Initial Set Up on SEDI- Agent Acting on Behalf of an Insider
| Initial Steps |
The following three steps must be taken by an agent acting on behalf of an insider before any transactions can be recorded on SEDI:
- Register as a SEDI User - Obtain User ID and Password
- Create an Insider Profile - Obtain Insider Access Key
- File an Opening Balance on Initial Report

| SEDI User Registration |
The SEDI user ID and password created during the registration process allows access to SEDI.
Note : Only one user ID and password is required regardless of the number of insiders the agent files for. |

| Insider Access Key |
An Insider access key is created at the time the insider profile is created. |
