Issuer Event Report

| Timing for Issuer Filings |
The issuer event report is required to be filed no later than 1 business day following the occurrence of the event. Refer to ss. 2.4 of the PDF version of NI 55-102 dated May 9, 2003.
A SEDI issuer is encouraged to file the issuer event report (Form 55-102F4) following the close of markets on the day of the event or before the opening of markets on the day after the event occurred.

| How to File an Issuer Event Report |
The issuer access key is required to file issuer event reports on SEDI. The event should be fully described in the issuer event title and details field.
Note: One report can be used to report several "sub-events" in connection with the same event all happening the same day.
Steps to file an issuer event report follow:

Click Issuer event report in the top right navigation bar

Click File issuer event report in the left navigation bar
The Form 55-102F4 screen opens
Use the drop-down list box to select an Issuer event type
Click Next

The Enter and file information screen opens
Use the drop-down list boxes to enter a month and day in the Effective date fields. Enter a 4-digit year. Enter a descriptive title in the Issuer event title field.
Enter details about the event that you want made public in the Issuer event details field.
Enter private remarks about the event in the Private remarks to securities regulatory field (Optional)
Click File
Click OK
The Completed screen opens
Either continue filing or click Logout in the top navigation bar
