SEDI assigns an issuer access key to each issuer profile supplement. To file information about an issuer, SEDI users must supply the correct issuer access key.
The issuer access key is assigned to the issuer profile supplement, it is not specific to one SEDI user. Two users could file for the same issuer as long as they both have the issuer's access key and log in with their own unique user ID and password.
