From the Issuer Representative or Agent homepage click Issuer profile supplement in the top navigation bar.

Click Amend issuer profile supplement in the left navigation bar
The left navigation bar expands to offer 4 choices for amendments to the issuer profile supplement. The Amend insider affairs contact information screen opens by default when you click Amend issuer profile supplement.
Make the required changes to the information.
Click Next |

Review the information
Click File
Click OK to certify |

The Completed screen opens
