From the Issuer Representative or Agent homepage click Issuer profile supplement in the top navigation bar.
The Introduction to issuer profile supplement activities (Form 55-102F3) screen opens

Click Amend issuer profile supplement in the left navigation bar
The left navigation bar expands to offer 4 choices for amendments to the issuer profile supplement
Click Add security designation
The Add security designation screen opens
Choose a security category and corresponding security designation
Add an additional description (Optional)
Click File

The Completed screen opens
Click Add security designation to add another security
Click Printer friendly version to print a copy of the amended issuer profile supplement
Continue filing or click Logout in the top navigation bar
