An insider report which has been filed on SEDI may be amended or deleted.
Note: One of the purposes for posting insider reports in a public forum is to provide transparency. You should only delete an insider report in very specific circumstances. It is strongly recommended that you amend an insider report instead of deleting it. All deleted insider reports are reviewed by securities regulatory authorities.
You may receive a call from one of the regulators if you delete an insider report.
