TORONTO – On April 21, 2008 the Commission issued an Order in the above noted matter that:
- the Hearing on the Merits shall commence on May 20, 2008, with the following four weeks reserved for the hearing; and
- if there is a change in circumstances prior to the commencement of the Hearing on the Merits, the parties may bring any additional motions before the Commission at the commencement of the Hearing on the Merits on May 20, 2008, or earlier if necessary.
