PLEASE NOTE: Since the news release of June 23, 1999 announcing the publication of the "Guide To Insider Reporting In Ontario" in May of 1999 the time requirements for filing have changed. Submitting the Insider Report is now 10 days from the trade date.

Also, the system for filing insider reports has changed with the adaptation of The System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) in June 2003.

As a result, the Guide which is considered generally obsolete, is included here for reference purposes only, and should not be relied on for current filing requirements.
